Acceptable Use Policy

Libolink is a digital platform managed by Akhilesh Nigam.

This policy applies to everyone who uses Libolink: owners, staff, students and agents.

You must not

• Use Libolink for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading. This includes fake receipts, false payment confirmations and invented reviews.
• Collect or upload personal data without a lawful basis, or upload other people's documents or photos without the right to do so.
• Send spam, or send messages unrelated to the library's services. Do not send promotional messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone. Do not post content that is obscene, hateful or defamatory.
• Try to access another library's data or another user's account, or bypass permissions, payment checks, attendance checks or rate limits.
• Upload malware, or interfere with the service. This includes scraping and load or penetration testing without our written permission.
• Resell or sublicense Libolink, or present it as your own product.
• For agents: make promises about price, features or results that Libolink has not approved, or invite people who have not asked to be contacted.

• Report misuse to info@libolink.com. Report security issues to info@libolink.com; see the Security page for responsible disclosure.

What we may do

• We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that breach this policy. Where appropriate and lawful, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
