Signed-in users can create an account/data deletion request under Profile → Privacy requests. Library staff and Libolink administration verify identity, review the requested scope and check applicable retention obligations before taking action.
Financial, security and audit records may require retention. The outcome should explain which data was deleted, deactivated, anonymized or retained, and why.
