Refund and Cancellation Policy

Libolink is a digital platform managed by Akhilesh Nigam.

1. Free trial

A free trial lasts 7 days and costs nothing. If you do not pay when it ends, the workspace moves to a grace period and then read-only access.
No card or payment method is needed to start a trial.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months, at the prices shown on the pricing page. A 12-month subscription includes one month free.
Libolink does not automatically debit your account. Each renewal is a payment you choose to make, by UPI or bank transfer (verified manually) or online through Razorpay.

You can stop renewing at any time. To close your account, use the app or email info@libolink.com.
Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
You can export your data for 30 days after your account ends.

Double payments only: if the same subscription was paid twice, we refund the extra payment in full after we review it against our payment records.
No other refunds or credits: apart from a double payment, subscription payments are not refundable and no credits are given, including for unused time or a period that has already started. The free trial lets you try Libolink before you pay. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Plan changes: these take effect from the next period, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or to the bank account or UPI ID you used.
For online payments, the time to reach your account also depends on your bank and on Razorpay.

Fees that students pay to their library go directly to that library. Libolink does not receive or hold them and cannot refund them.
Students should contact their library about fees, deposits and refunds.
