Sub-processors

Libolink is a digital platform managed by Akhilesh Nigam.

Libolink uses these service providers to run the service. Each one processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under a contract with data protection terms.

Current sub-processors

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage): stores all library and account data. Region: India (Mumbai).
• Hostinger (web application hosting, VPS): runs the Libolink website and API. Region: India.
• Razorpay (online payments): processes online payments for Libolink subscriptions and, where a library enables it, students' online fee payments. Region: India.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications to Android and iOS): receives a device token and a generic notification text. Private details are never put on the lock screen.
• Apple Push Notification service (push notifications to iPhones): same data as above.
• Resend (sign-in, password-reset and service emails): receives the recipient's email address and the message. Region: Japan (Tokyo).
